Renewals

NOTE: The system does not allow you to use the back button on your browser during this process. If at any time you need to go back you will need to click the home button and start at the beginning.

HOW TO RENEW ONLINE:

1. CLICK HERE to go to the Website Login Screen. (This window will remain open to assist you in the renewal process)

2. Enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER
This can be found next to your name and address on your renewal form. If you forgot your account number or can not locate it, please click on "I've forgotten my Account number" for assistance.

3. Enter PASSWORD and click LOGIN
If you have forgotten your password or have never logged in before, please click on "I've forgotten my password" and follow the directions.

4. Under PERSONAL SETTINGS click on UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
Note: This is your only chance during this process to update your mailing address, phone number, email address and credit card number you'll use for payment. Verify contact Information (this is the address where your physical tickets/passes will be mailed) and update phone number and e-mail address if needed. Important! Please verify that the e-mail address we have on file for you is current. This is the only way you will receive a confirmation of your paid renewal order.

Verify Billing Information and update the Credit Card Information to the card that you will be using to pay for renewal. This is the only opportunity to change card numbers and/or update the expiration date for the card on file. Verify the card number and expiration date for accuracy. Click SUBMIT to update Personal information. This will take you back to the My Account Page.

5. From the My Account Page, under PENDING RENEWAL ORDERS click on VIEW MY RENEWALS.
This will bring up a screen showing both your order history and your 2008 Pending Renewal Order(s).

6. Under PENDING RENEWAL ORDERS click on RENEWAL DETAILS.
Click on RENEW SELECTED TICKETS. A screen will come up giving you the opportunity to add Fan Walk and Pit Passes to your renewal. If you do not wish to purchase Fan Walk or Pit Passes with your renewal, click on PURCHASE ONLY THESE TICKETS and proceed.

7. The next screen will ask you to VERIFY THE BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION.
No changes can be made from this screen- if changes are required you will need to click the Home Button and start The process over again (back to step 1). If everything is accurate, click PURCHASE NOW to continue - just one more step to go!

8. The next screen will allow you to confirm your order, shipping address and the credit card that is being charged before your order is processed.

You MUST click the CONFIRM ORDER button to process your payment to complete the Renewal Order. A screen will be displayed letting you know your order is being processed. Remain on this page until the final confirmation page is displayed.

9. Once your order is complete a confirmation page will Display on your screen that reads: "Congratulations! Your Tickets have been purchased. Thank you for your order!" We recommend that you print this page for your records. Note: If you have a valid e-mail address on file you will
Receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your paid renewal order.

Please keep your account number and password for future online renewal opportunities, address and email changes, online purchases and viewing the shipping status of your Kansas Speedway tickets.
