1.                            Promotional Period: The Kansas Speedway® 2026 Ticket Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on July 31, 2026, at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”), and ends on September 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotional Period”).

2.                            Administrator: This Sweepstakes is administered by Kansas Speedway Corporation d/b/a Kansas Speedway (“Administrator”), having its principal place of business at 400 Speedway Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66111.

3.                            How to Enter: During the Promotional Period, there are two (2) ways to enter: (1) scan the QR Code displayed on small foam boards by Kansas Speedway brand ambassadors on tables at the locations and community events listed below, or (2) visit www.kansasspeedway.com/sweeps, and completely fill in the requested information on the online registration form. Entries received from any person in excess of the limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated, or mechanical, means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the sole property of the Administrator and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per email. Entries received from any person in excess of the limitation will be void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, garbled, damaged, delayed, illegible, mutilated, or misdirected entries, mail, email, or other communications. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be void. In the event you are participating using a mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.

EVENTS:

Administrator will also be participating in selected community Events during the Promotional Period and may set up Displays for scanning during those Events. Administrator will provide a full listing of the Locations and Events on its website at www.kansasspeedway.com/sweeps. Please check regularly for any updates.

4.                            Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are of the age of majority or older in the applicable jurisdiction of residence, or territory of residence. Employees, officers and directors of Administrator; National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”); drivers, teams and properties/tracks that participate in NASCAR®-sanctioned events; and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5.                            Random Drawing/Odds of Winning: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random in a drawing held by Administrator on or about September 7, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotional Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.                            Winner Notification: Potential winner will be contacted via telephone at the number provided in the entry after September 7, 2026, and will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a publicity release (except where prohibited), a liability release and a copy of his/her valid personal identification card bearing his/her photograph, name, age, and address upon date of issuance within four (4) days following notification. In addition, if any potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Administrator and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or prize provider may also be required and must be returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. If a prize notification is not acknowledged, or if a potential winner fails to sign and return the required documentation within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner declines the prize for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified and, at Administrator’s sole discretion, the prize

may be awarded to an alternate winner who will be selected from among remaining eligible entries, time permitting, and notified in accordance with these Official Rules. Administrator reserves the right not to award the prize if it is unable to confirm a winner after three attempts. If a prize is forfeited for any reason after the prize has already been confirmed and awarded, then no alternate winner will be selected. If any potential winner is at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

7.                            Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) winner will receive two (2) grandstand tickets for winner and a guest to attend the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series™ Hollywood Casino 400 race tentatively scheduled to be held Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Approximate retail value of the prize is $200.00. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize does NOT include travel, accommodations, transportation, parking, meals, or any other costs or expenses associated with using the prize, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Released Parties shall have no liability or responsibility, and there shall be no compensation or prize substitution if any ticketed event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Administrator. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except by Administrator, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. Released Parties shall have no liability or responsibility, and there shall be no compensation or prize substitution, if winner and/or guests are unable to attend the event or participate in the prize, by reason of illness, weather, family emergency, personal events, travel delays or cancellations, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, pandemic, or other occurrence or event outside the control of Administrator. Prize tickets will be delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by winning Contestant during the confirmation process approximately four to six days in advance of the Hollywood Casino 400 race.

8.                            General Conditions: By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize, entrant agrees (1) to release, discharge, and hold harmless Administrator, NASCAR, the drivers, teams and properties/tracks that participate in NASCAR-sanctioned events, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and representatives, as well as each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively and individually, the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize; and (2) to abide by, and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, which shall be final. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, image and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic computer network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
