What ticket packages do you offer?
Single race tickets are available, including new youth prices and we have tickets for $99 or less. Buy Here Kansas Speedway offers several ticket packages, including the traditional four race season packages, which continues to offer the best pricing and seat locations.
Season tickets start at $159 and include all four races and a Track Pass that allows fans onto the infield on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race day to access the track, Sprint FanWalk and front row access to a pre-race concert and driver introductions.
How can I purchase additional tickets?
Call the Kansas Speedway ticket office at 866.460.7223 to purchase additional tickets.
Can I buy a single-race ticket?
Yes! Single-race tickets are available for each of our races in 2013.
Will my 2014 seats reserved for me in 2015?
We will only hold seats for season ticket holders until the renewal deadline. After that, your seats are available for other 2015 customers, and eventually the general public, to purchase.
I am a ticket package holder, but cannot attend all the races at Kansas Speedway. Can I sell my extra tickets?
Yes, you may, however ticket re-sale is not allowed on Kansas Speedway property, and tickets should not be sold for above face value.
What happens if I sell my tickets for more than face value?
Kansas Speedway holds the right to revoke all ticket privileges to anyone who resells a ticket to a Kansas Speedway event at greater than face value. The name on the account is responsible for the tickets.
I purchased tickets from someone else. How do I know if they're real?
You don't. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets will not be honored at Kansas Speedway. If you buy a ticket from someone other than Kansas Speedway, you risk that those tickets are stolen or counterfeit.
I've recently moved. How do I update my account information?
It is very important for ticket holders to keep us notified of their address changes. That's how we keep you updated with speedway news. We also use what's on file to mail your ticket package. Please call the ticket office toll free at 913.328.3300, or write us at 400 Speedway Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66111 to update your phone and address changes.
Does Kansas Speedway have seats for disabled guests?

Can I bring my child to Kansas Speedway?
Yes! In 2013 we offer special youth ticket prices. Motorsports and Kansas Speedway are family-oriented, and a lot of families bring their children. Everyone entering through the grandstand gates must have a ticket, regardless of age. If you decide to bring your child, please make sure that they are fitted with child-sized ear protection for their safety.
If my child sits on my lap, do they still need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone through Kansas Speedway's grandstand gates must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Can I bring coolers, food and drinks into the grandstands?
Yes. You may bring one cooler per person. Food and drink are permitted in our grandstands in soft-sided coolers no larger than 14x14x14-inches. Telescoping handles on a cooler are OK if they fit within the 14x14x14 allowed dimensions. The hard plastic lining in your soft-sided cooler does NOT need to be removed. Glass is NOT allowed.
Can I smoke on Kansas Speedway property?
There is no smoking in the Grandstands or infield stands (on Road Racing wknd) at Kansas Speedway. There will be designated smoking areas under the grandstands on NASCAR weekend.
How many bags may I bring?
Kansas Speedway allows one (1) bag no larger than a lightweight daypack or backpack (similar to what a school student uses) and one (1) soft-sided cooler no larger than 14x14x14-inches per ticket.
Can I bring my scanner to Kansas Speedway?
Yes. We encourage race fans to bring or rent scanners as another way to enjoy the race. If you bring a scanner in a bag, please make sure the bag is soft-sided and is no larger than a daypack or backpack. If your scanner bag is too big, clip the scanner onto your belt or carry it in without a bag.
What about cameras? Binoculars? Purses?
Cameras, camera bags, binoculars and purses are allowed, as long as they meet the above requirements.
Why only soft sided coolers?
One 14" x 14" x 14" soft-sided cooler is allowed per person. Soft-sided because it is easier to fit directly under your seat and is more comfortable for others to walk around in the grandstand.
Why no metal stadium seats?
Metal stadium seats are not good for our aluminum grandstands. To eliminate the possibility of scratches and damages to our seats we only allow soft stadium seats. All seats at Kansas Speedway have a back.

Can I camp on IMSA weekend?
No, there will be no camping on IMSA Road Racing weekend at Kansas Speedway.
Do you have camping at Kansas Speedway?
Kansas Speedway guests may camp in three areas around the property - Blue Ox Reserved Infield, the Blue Ox Motor Home Terrace and in the Blue Ox Richmond Campground. Can I camp in Kansas Speedway's parking lots?
Kansas Speedway does not allow overnight camping in our parking lots. If you would like to stay the night at Kansas Speedway, you may do so in three areas - Blue Ox Reserved Infield, the Blue Ox Motor Home Terrace and in the Blue Ox Richmond Campground.
May I bring my tent to Kansas Speedway?
Kansas Speedway does not allow tent camping anywhere on property. All RVs at Kansas Speedway must be self-contained with running water and a holding tank for wastewater.
When do camping spaces go on sale?
Camping spaces go quickly at Kansas Speedway. Camping renewals will take place on a priority basis with guests from the previous year. If you are interested in camping at Kansas Speedway, please call Dawn Watkins at 913.328.3347.

May I resell alcohol from my camping space?
No, per Kansas State Law it is illegal to re-sell alcohol to anyone on Kansas Speedway property.
Hospitality Village and Suites
Hospitality Village is an entertainment area for Kansas Speedway's corporate guests. Guests of Hospitality Village are invited by companies entertaining at Kansas Speedway so tickets are not available for purchase by the general public. How do I watch the race from a suite?
Kansas Speedway sells its 68 suites to local, national and international companies. Only invited guests of suite holders may watch the races from the suites. Please call a speedway Marketing and Sales representative to discuss corporate entertainment options at 913.328.3300.
How do I get a pit tour?
Pit Tours are limited to guests of Hospitality Village and the suites.
Pit Passes, Paddock Passes, Track Passes, Garage Passes and FanWalk
What is a Paddock Pass?
A Paddock Pass gives you garage access on Road Racing weekend. You may only purchase a Paddock Pass in addition to an Infield GA Ticket. A Paddock Pass is an additional $15. Call 866.460.7223 or click here for more information.
What is Sprint FanWalk?
Sprint FanWalk is an interactive area within Kansas Speedway's infield. FanWalk sits between the four garages used by teams during race weekends. On Road Racing weekend every GA infield ticket has access to Sprint FanWalk. On NASCAR weekends you must buy a $15 Sprint FanWalk ticket on Friday or Saturday to access Sprint FanWalk. How do I purchase Sprint FanWalk tickets?
Race fans may purchase Sprint FanWalk tickets by calling the Speedway's ticket office toll free at 866.460.7223, stopping by the ticket office in person at 400 Speedway Blvd., Kansas City, Kan., or here. Guests may also purchase Sprint FanWalk tickets on race day at the Sprint FanWalk ticket booth adjacent to Hospitality Village on the bluff near Turn One of the speedway. Infield guests may purchase Sprint FanWalk tickets at the Sprint FanWalk gates. A limited number of Sprint FanWalk tickets will be sold each day so race-day purchases are not guaranteed and only available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must have a grandstand admission ticket or RV admission to purchase tickets to Sprint FanWalk.
How do I buy a garage pass?
Kansas Speedway does not sell garage passes. Sanctioning bodies, such as NASCAR, control garage access and therefore, Kansas Speedway does not sell garage passes to the general public.
What is a Track Pass?
Track Passes give season ticket holders access to the infield before the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. Walk on the track and sign the Start/Finish line. Also visit the Sprint FanWalk to view the NASCAR inspection area, visit Victory Lane, see NASCAR celebrities on the Sprint FanWalk stage,and more. While on the tri-oval grass, you can walk close to pit road, view the cars after inspection and enjoy the pre race concert.
What should I do in the event of severe weather?
Things You Should Know:
This facility may not provide adequate protection from extremely high winds and tornados
Personal protection is your responsibility
Be proactive. Plan in advance what you will do if severe weather approaches the track
Fans are encouraged to monitor the weather very closely and take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety
There is no basement or approved tornado shelter on property
we recommend you take shelter where you feel safe based on your circumstances
The American Red Cross recommends if you are caught outdoors and cannot quickly access a shelter, it is beset to get into a vehicle and buckle your seat belt until you are able to get to the closest shelter
If you are in your car and flying debris occurs, stay in the car with the seat belt on. Put your head below the window level and cover your head with your hands

Traffic, Parking and Directions
What's the best way into the race track on race day?
Kansas Speedway has several routes to choose from on race day:
From Interstate 70 - Take exit I-70 at 110th Street (exit 410). You'll be routed to Speedway Boulevard, where parking attendants will direct you to Talladega Drive.
East of I-435 - Take State Avenue west to the speedway.
From I-435 - Take Interstate 70 west to 110th Street (Exit 410)
When traveling to the Speedway via I-435 expect delays. Once the State Avenue exit begins to back up traffic officials will close that exit. We recommend you travel to the Parallel Parkway exit. Take Parallel Parkway to 110th St. and take a Left (near Target and JCPenny's). You will then be led back to State Avenue where you will be directed to our parking lots. For a map of this route
Due to the volume of vehicles arriving at the Speedway on raceday, expect delays.
Please use all available lanes on State Avenue when arriving...we will direct you to the parking lots!
Entry gates on State Avenue will close from East to West when lots fill during inbound traffic.
Do not park south of Speedway Blvd...Crossing four lanes of traffic is dangerous and delays traffic flow.
If you park in the Legends shopping area you will not be able to cross State Avenue until traffic is clear. For this reason it is reccommended that you park in our parking lots.
How much does it cost to park at Kansas Speedway?
Parking at Kansas Speedway is always free.
Does Kansas Speedway have preferred parking?
Preferred Parking lots (lots 1-6) are for guests who have purchased two or more Club seats or four or more Sky Tower or Tower seats. Enter the Speedway parking areas as directed, and you'll be routed to a Preferred Lot. Please make sure your Preferred Parking pass is affixed to your windshield and clearly visible to parking attendants. This will help ensure that you are directed to your designated lot correctly.
Does Kansas Speedway have parking for disabled guests?
Yes. Disabled guests may park in our ADA lots. Disabled guests may access the speedway from Phoenix Drive off State Avenue, or from California Drive off Speedway Boulevard. If you miss your road, that's OK. You may enter at the other entrances with the rest of the speedway guests, and you'll be routed to an ADA parking lot. Please make sure your disabled vehicle pass is affixed to your windshield and clearly visible to parking attendants; you will also need your state issued ID card to park in the ADA lots. This will help ensure that you are directed to a designated lot.
Do you offer Assisted Needs Transportation? – Guests needing help to our ticket gates can go to the Red and White Tents located at the corner of Talladega and California and at the corner of Darlington and California. Golf Carts will take the person and one companion to the nearest access point to the ticket gates. Post race you can find assistance at a Red and White Tent located at the end of Gate A, B, C and D on Daytona. Golf Carts will take the person and one companion to the Red and White tents on the corner of Talladega and California as well as on the corner of Darlington and California.
What type of Wheelchair Transportation do you offer?- Wheelchair Vans will run through the ADA Parking Lot to pick up guests in need of transportation.
Guests in the outer parking lots needing access to the ticket gates can go to the Red and White Tents located at the corner of Talladega and California and at the corner of Darlington and California. Wheelchair Vans will take the person and one companion to the nearest access point to the ticket gates. Post race you can find assistance at a Red and White Tent located at the end of Gate A, B, C, and D on Daytona. Wheelchair Vans will take the person and one companion to the Red and White tents on the corner of Talladega and California as well as on the corner of Darlington and California.
Where can I park my motorcycle?
Guests who arrive on motorcycles may park on Talladega Dr. & California Dr. 400’ x 60’ hard packed rock. Improved location for access, tailgating and better front of grandstand access.
How early should I get to the race track on race day?
It's always a good idea to come to Kansas Speedway early on race day. The busiest hours at Kansas Speedway are 8 a.m. to noon on race days. Parking lots open at 6 a.m., so we suggest you come out and spend some time with us in the Display Midway. Grandstand gates open at 8 a.m.
Is it OK to tailgate at Kansas Speedway?
Yes, We encourage our guests to get to the race track early. Tailgating is a good way to pass the time before the grandstand gates open.
Why don’t you have Tram Service in the parking lots? – We do not have tram service into our parking lots. We presently don’t have the infrastructure to provide a safe tram route for our guests. The tram service that we offer is for our campground guests to get to the three respective campgrounds and to the front of the grandstand.
Ingress and Egress - We are constantly looking at ways getting in and out of our facility. We are looking at the feasibility of adding an FM transmitter to keep you updated on traffic and road construction.

Where can I find a place to stay when attending an event at Kansas Speedway?
There are many great places to stay while visiting Kansas City, Kan., and the surrounding areas. We don't endorse hotel chains, but we can give you some places to look. Log on to www.kansascitylodging.org for a comprehensive listing of places to stay in the Kansas City area.
Are other events held at Kansas Speedway?
Kansas Speedway tries to hold as many events as possible at the track. Besides events by NASCAR, IMSA and ARCA, the track also hosts several community events throughout the year, including walk-a-thons, 5- and 10-K runs and other events, driving schools, concerts, etc.
