We are excited to welcome the best fans in motorsports back to the track! As we prepare for the return of racing and our loyal fans, your safety remains our top priority. Please read the safety measures below carefully and help us by complying with all our race-day measures for the May weekend!

We appreciate your patience over the past few months as we have worked with public health officials, medical experts, and local and state officials to safely host fans for the May weekend. Here’s what you need to know:
- We'll have reduced seating capacity, so your seats may be different than your original order; log in to your account to view your most updated order info
- All tickets and camping passes will be digital or print-at-home only

- For this event, the infield will only be open to competition-essential personnel, with the exception of limited GEICO Infield Camping
- Unfortunately, several race-day experiences will not be available, including:

- Pre-Race Passes & FanWalk Tickets
- Ignition Garage Hospitality
- Paid Parking
- As Paid Parking is unavailable, you will not receive parking passes for the May events

Safety Measures & Fan Requirements
Safety Guidelines

We are working with the State of Kansas and Wyandotte County health and government officials to ensure the venue will be ready to provide a safe experience for all NASCAR fans in attendance. Amended safety measures will be in effect that include:
- Reduced seating capacities
- All guests (age 3 and up) will be required to bring and wear mandatory face coverings*
- You may bring a soft-sided cooler up to 14"x14"x14" - No glass containers of any kind will be allowed
- With the exception of your cooler, all other bags must be clear & sized up to 18"x18"x14"
- Limited tailgating is permitted on property prior to the event with your individual group in your individual parking spot, while maintaining distancing (only small portable grills and pop-up tents will be allowed in the parking lots)
- Guests will be directed to specific, spaced-out parking lots
- A sequenced entry/exit procedure into the facility property/gates will be used to minimize large concentrations of personnel or guests
- Multiple hand washing and hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the operating areas and entrances
- A “Clean Team” of staff, clearly identified for guests, will be cleaning or disinfecting at all times
- No glass containers of any kind will be allowed
- Limited concessions items, including economically priced options, as well as limited track/NASCAR merchandise, will be available for purchase via cashless transactions

All Admissions and Camping will be digital

Physical tickets will not be mailed in 2021. All tickets, including season tickets and camping passes will be digital or print-at-home. Campers will need to download or print their digital camping pass to exchange for their physical placards and parking passes, if applicable, during load-in. As a reminder, paid parking is unavailable with the exception of camping add-on passes, which will be handed out at load-in. Grandstand customers will not receive parking passes.
Masks will be required at all times

As with our essential personnel and competitors, fans will be required to wear masks while on Kansas Speedway property.* If fans do not have them, we will provide them upon arrival.

The Kansas Speedway team has reseated all grandstand guests. A maximum of 4 seats grouped together will be allowed.
All tickets and camping placards will be redeemed digitally via Tickets @ Home. Please see the bottom of this page for ticket access instructions.
How will you be sanitizing restrooms and concession areas?

In terms of restrooms and concessions, all locations will maintain physical distancing. We have all indoor public areas professionally disinfected every day in addition to the more frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces that happens throughout the day.
There will also be no buffet or self-serve options at concession locations. There will be limited menus and limited food preparation onsite, as well as physical barriers between the guests and food service operations. Finally, anyone involved in food preparation will undergo the same screenings as employees.
What concession options will be available?

Multiple concession locations will be open near the available seating sections. Each location will have hand sanitizer and an attendant sanitizing the area throughout the event.

- Pulled Pork Sandwiches
- King’s Hawaiian Specialty Menu items

For the safety of our guests and staff, all transactions will be cashless. Accepted forms of payment: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
Due to our safety measures, our guests who sit in sections that typically receive in-seat service should note that we will be unable to provide in-seat service in May.
Can fans access the infield for this race?

Will there be a Pre-Race Concert?

There will not be a pre-race concert for this event.
Will you have displays in the Midway?

Although there may be a few static displays onsite during the event, the large interactive displays traditionally featured during our events will not be at the track in order to minimize contact and the potential for crowding.
Racing Electronics is back

Racing Electronics will be on-site for pre-purchased rental pickup only. Please note that all scanner rentals must be made in advance by 4:00 PM CT on Thursday, April 29.
ADA Tickets & Seating

If you had ADA seating originally, your seat may have been relocated to a similar ADA seat. Please log in to your account to view your new seat location. Please call us at 866-460-7223 with any questions or to inquire about adding ADA seats.
What happens if a fan falls ill during the race?

There will be dedicated medical assets resourced to provide treatment and transport of any fan(s) developing symptoms during the event. In addition, a robust disinfecting / decontamination capability has been established for immediate on-site response. Finally, local public health officials will be notified of the potential infection.
Camping Measures & Requirements
Updates to Load In Locations & Procedures
- All Campgrounds will open for Load In at 8:00 AM on Thursday April 29, 2021
- All campers must check in before entry into their designated campground. Camper inspection will be located at Homestead-Miami Drive & Richmond Drive. GEICO Richmond Campers can go directly to the Richmond entrance to be checked in. All other GEICO Campground guests must check in at the Homestead-Miami Drive location; France Family Dr. will be closed to RV traffic.
Check-in Schedule:
- Thursday, April 29: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- Friday, April 30: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- Saturday, May 1: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- Sunday, May 2: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Campgrounds will close Monday, May 3 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INFIELD CAMPERS:
Although restricted infield entry will continue to be in place during competition screening times, we’ve worked with competition personnel to provide more flexible access for our infield campers. During the restricted times listed below, campers will check in at Homestead-Miami Drive and will then be staged along Daytona Drive. Staged campers will be released to enter the infield one vehicle at a time when there are breaks or lulls in the competition screening process.
Restricted Infield Entry Times (Updated):
- Thursday, April 29: No restricted times
- Friday, April 30: 12:00 PM (Noon) – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, May 1: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, May 2: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Exiting the infield will be allowed Thursday through Monday at all times except for a one-hour hold for competitors and teams to exit following the Saturday and Sunday races. If campers wish to arrive or return during a restricted entry time, they will need to follow the procedure outlined above.
Guests using Lot 25 Permits will also need to follow the same procedures, with the host camper being responsible for transporting their party to the infield. All vehicles exiting and re-entering will be routed through Homestead-Miami Drive.
Please note the infield tunnel will be closed to pedestrians at all times.
In the GEICO Infield, Richmond, Martinsville, Phoenix, Daytona White and Daytona Blue Campgrounds, only self-contained, registered recreational vehicles and campers will be allowed. Self-contained recreational vehicles are defined as vehicles that have built-in, permanently installed plumbing or running water and a holding tank for wastewater and sewage. In GEICO Terrace Camping, which includes the Backstretch, Turn 1, Turn 3, and Turn 4 Campgrounds, only self-powered recreational vehicles will be allowed. Shower facilities will NOT be available for this event. Tram service will be available from outside campgrounds to the track; there will be no infield tram service.
- Camping guests will be instructed to stay in their designated reserved space and distanced from other campers
- While in the spot and remaining distant from other camping guests they will not be required to wear a mask, face shield or other face covering.
- Face coverings must be worn anytime a camping guest is not in their campsite.
- Signage will be visible throughout the campground regarding protocols camping guests must abide by.
- If camping in an area where there is an empty spot adjacent to your assigned spot, guests should not use the empty space for parking, gathering or any other activities
- Entertainment that promotes social gatherings is not allowed; stages, bars, compounds, circling the wagons, DJs, live bands, loud sound systems, etc. will be strictly prohibited
- Grilling is allowed at your designated site with your individual group.
- All campground shower facilities will be closed. Camping spots are for self-contained RVs only.
MASKS
While at your campsite, feel free to relax and enjoy the races as usual. When leaving your campsite, fans must wear a face covering at all times.
Recreational Vehicles are to be parked on the right side of each campsite. Exceptions will be made for two groups attending together. No more than two recreational vehicles must park parallel to reserved spot lines door to door.
RVs / Motorhomes in GEICO Infield, Richmond, Martinsville, Phoenix, Daytona Blue & White Campgrounds must back into reserved space. RVs/Motorhomes in Terrace Campgrounds may pull forward into their reserved space. See graphic below.
Ticket Delivery & Access Instructions
All tickets/admissions/camping placards will be delivered to fans via Tickets @ Home. Please note tickets will not be printed, mailed, or available for Will Call.
Tickets @ Home provides fans with the flexibility to display their tickets on their mobile device for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print your tickets at home from a computer and printer.
Below are instructions for accessing your tickets through your mobile device and computer. Please familiarize yourself with these instructions before race day.

1. Login to your My Tickets account
a. If this is your first time logging in, please click Sign Up and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase
2. Click the 'View Ticket Inventory' tile at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on the tile for the event you’d like to display your mobile ticket for.
4. Click on the 'Section Row Seat' indicator tile to display the barcode to be scanned for entry
5. Add the ticket to your Apple or Digital Wallet for ease of access when entering the gate

1. Login to your My Tickets account
a. If this is your first time logging in, please click Sign Up and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase
2. Click on the 'Print Tickets’ link on the left sidebar
3. Click the arrow on the left side of an event to see the ticket inventory for that event.
4. Use the checkboxes to select the tickets you wish to print
5. Verify the selected tickets and click 'Continue.'
6. Verify the information on the Print Tickets screen and click 'Print Tickets.'
7. Click 'View' and 'Print Tickets,' or you also have the option to download the tickets to your digital wallet.
8. A new window should pop up with your printable ticket. Another window should pop up where you can select your printer and print the ticket.
