A limited number of fans will be permitted to attend all events for our May 1-2 race weekend. While we're excited to welcome our fans back to the track, the weekend's race-day experiences have been impacted by our need to observe safety measures. The following will not be available for the upcoming May race weekend:
- GEICO Tent Camping
- Pre-Race Passes & FanWalk Tickets
- Ignition Garage Hospitality
- Paid Parking
Ticket holders have automatically received a credit for the full amount of the above canceled experiences, plus an additional 20% of the total amount paid for those experiences, in their Kansas Speedway account. Please note that this credit only applies to the above experience, and your other purchases remain on your account. The credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track. For additional ticket holder options and more information, please see below. Refund requests must be submitted by May 2.

Q: At which other tracks can I use the event credit?
A. Ticket holders have automatically received a credit in their Kansas Speedway account. No customer action is needed to receive the credit. Ticket holders may use the 120% credit toward a future 2021 or 2022 NASCAR-sanctioned event at any NASCAR-owned track, subject to availability.

A. Ticket holders have received a credit within their account automatically. No customer action is needed to receive the credit.

Q: Can I use my 120% credit towards my renewal?
A. Yes, the credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track, including towards your 2022 Kansas Speedway renewal.
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order. Refunds could take a minimum of 30 days to show on your credit card. If tickets were purchased using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticket holder on file. Refund checks could additionally delay payment. Every effort will be made to expedite your refund. Refund requests for this event have now closed.
Q: I bought tickets through another source, can I still get an event credit or refund?
A. If you purchased tickets through a third party, please reach out to the third party for their refund policy.
Q: Can I get an event credit for my campsite as well?
A. Any paid admission listed above - including camping options - that were purchased in advance on the ticket holder’s account will be eligible for an event credit.
Q: How do I get a refund for the rest of my race weekend travel?
A. Fans will need to work directly with airlines, hotels, etc. for any such possible arrangements.
