As a result of the Coronavirus’ impact on our nation and state and local health guidelines, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and the stakeholders. A limited number of fans ​will be permitted to attend the Hollywood Casino 400 on October 18. While we're excited to welcome our fans back to the track, the Hollywood Casino 400 race weekend's support series events and race-day experiences have been impacted by our need to social distance and observe safety measures.
Please see below for impacted experiences and ticket holder options for the October weekend. Requests are now closed for both weekends, and all customers have automatically received a credit for 120% of their purchase price into their Kansas Speedway account for the Spring weekend and the experiences listed below for the Fall weekend. October Weekend
As a result of the Coronavirus’ impact on our nation and state and local health guidelines, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and the stakeholders. The Hollywood Casino 400 on October 18 will officially run with fans in attendance, but without some effected experiences and camping options. The following will not be available for the 2020 Hollywood Casino 400 Weekend:

- GEICO Tent Camping
- GEICO Richmond Camping
- Pre-Race Passes & FanWalk Tickets

- FanVision & Scanner Rentals
- Interactive Displays and Fan Engagement Areas
- Paid Parking
- Premium Tailgate Parking
Ticket holders have automatically received a credit for the full amount of the above effected experiences, plus an additional 20% of the total amount paid for those experiences, in their Kansas Speedway account by end of day September 16. Please note that this credit only applies to the above experience, and your other purchases, such as Hollywood Casino 400 grandstand tickets, remain on your account. The credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track. For additional ticket holder options and more information, please see below. Q: At what other tracks can I use the event credit?
A. Ticket holders will receive a credit within their account automatically by end of day September 16. No customer action is needed to receive the credit. Ticket holders may use the 120% credit toward a future 2021 or 2022 NASCAR-sanctioned event at any NASCAR-owned track, subject to availability.

Q: What do I need to do to get an event credit towards 2021 events?
A. Ticket holders have received a credit within their account automatically. No customer action is needed to receive the credit.
Q. Can I get a refund instead of an event credit?
A. Refund requests for this event have ended as of October 16, 2020.

Q: Can I use my 120% credit towards my renewal?
A. Yes, the credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track, including towards your 2021 Kansas Speedway renewal.
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order. Refunds could take a minimum of 60 days to show on your credit card. If tickets were purchased using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticket holder on file. Refund checks could additionally delay payment. Every effort will be made to expedite your refund. Refund requests for this event have now closed.
Q: I bought tickets through another source, can I still get an event credit or refund?
A. If you purchased tickets through a third party, please reach out to the third party for their refund policy.
Q: Can I get an event credit for my campsite as well?
A. Any paid admission listed above - including camping options - that were purchased in advance on the ticket holder’s account will be eligible for an event credit.
Q: How do I get a refund for the rest of my race weekend travel?
A. Fans will need to work directly with airlines, hotels, etc. for any such possible arrangements.
Q: Why haven't I received my tickets?
A. As an added safety measure for the Hollywood Casino 400, contactless scanning of tickets via Tickets @ Home will be required on race day. Please click here to learn more about Tickets @ Home.
May Weekend
As a result of the Coronavirus’ impact on our nation and state and local health guidelines, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and the stakeholders. The races originally scheduled for May 2020 and rescheduled for July 23-25 ran without fans in attendance.
Ticket holders have automatically received a credit for the full amount of their purchase, plus an additional 20% of the total amount paid, in their account as of July 13. The credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track. The deadline for refund requests has passed; we are no longer accepting refund requests for this event.
