How to Renew
Log in to your account using the username and password you received via e-mail or with your paper renewal, call us at 866-460-7223, or mail your renewal form back to us at 400 Speedway Blvd. Kansas City, KS 66111. Renewal forms will mail in the first few weeks of December.
Renewal Walkthrough
As we debut our new system, you may notice your account looks a little different this time around. When you login, you'll be prompted to fill out your info. Once you click "Save" on your profile page, click your To Do list to view and process your renewal. What are the renewal benefits?

Renewing your seats allows you to lock in your same spot and head into the new year worry-free. All fans who renew before the January 10 deadline get:
- Renew for just $10 down per account
- Guaranteed same seats (or upgrade during the relocation period)
- Exclusive access to payment plans
- FREE parking & BYOB into the track for all fans
Our season ticket holders also get the best pricing for the year, plus exclusive benefits:
- 20th year commemorative gift
- Upgraded parking
- FREE Pre-Race Pass
- Season ticket holder events during the year
Do you offer payment plans?

Pay for your tickets in full, or put $10 down to lock in your renewal and select a payment plan. We offer the following payment options:
50/50 Payment Plan:
Pay half your balance by January 10
Pay your remaining balance by February 15
3-Part Payment Plan:
Pay 1/3 of your balance by January 10
Pay 1/3 of your balance by February 1
Pay your remaining 1/3 balance by March 1
Custom Payment Plan:
Pay $10 to keep your seats and select a payment schedule that works for you! This is easiest in our online system, or give us a call at 866-460-7223 and our team will set up your payment plan!
Why is my renewal later than I usually receive it?

We're excited to debut our new ticketing platform which will improve your ability to manage your account and shop for tickets and upgrades online. We needed a little extra time after the October race weekend to make the switch and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. With that in mind, the renewal deadline isn't until January 10, 2020 to give our fans enough time to finalize their renewals. Don't forget, new for 2020, renew for just $10 down per account.
Where do I find my login and temporary password?

We've emailed your temporary password to the address on your account. Your renewal form also contains your login and temporary password. Misplaced or didn't receive your temporary password? Give us a call at 866-460-7223 and we can get you renewed in no time!
I want to add Ignition Garage hospitality, camping, or other upgrades.

Please call us at 866-460-7223 to make changes to your renewal. At this time, additions cannot be made online.
What if I need to make changes to my ticket quantity, campground selection, etc.?

My renewal is missing items I purchased last year.

Certain experiences, including VIP, Beyond the Checkered, and Premium Tailgate, will be updated during the off-season. If you purchased any of these experiences for 2019, we will be in touch with updated information. If you believe something other than those experiences is missing from your renewal, please call us at 866-460-7223 and we'll be happy to help!
