KANSAS SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCES OFFICIAL SPORTS RADIO PARTNER, 102.5 THE FAN
Kansas Speedway officials announced a new partnership today with Sports Radio 102.5 The Fan as the facility’s official sports radio partner. The CBS radio affiliate debuted in the Kansas City market earlier this year.
“We are extremely excited to partner with Sports Radio 102.5 The Fan to bring every NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Race to the only FM Sports Radio Station in Kansas City. There is no better way to drop the green flag on our relationship than with this weekend's 55th running of "The Great American Race" - the Daytona 500!” said Chris Schwartz, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Kansas Speedway.
The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season officially gets underway this weekend as rookie Danica Patrick will lead the field to the green flag in the Daytona 500.
Kansas Speedway season tickets, which are currently on sale, include both NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races (April 21 and Oct. 6), the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race (April 20), and the NASCAR Nationwide Series race (Oct. 5), along with a TrackPass, which allows you up close access to the Kansas National Guard pre-race activities, like NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver introductions, the pre-race concert, and much more! Kansas Speedway’s 2013 season includes two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series the NASCAR Nationwide Series, the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards (Oct. 4) and new in 2013, GRAND-AM Road Racing (Aug. 16-17).
Parking is always free at Kansas Speedway and fans can bring in one 14x14x14-inch soft-sided cooler with their favorite food and beverages.
