Kansas Speedway is proud of its community involvement. Your community is our community, and we love being a part of it.

We appreciates your continued interest and support of motorsports and of Kansas Speedway so we are pleased to have the opportunity to become part of your upcoming event or charitable endeavor.

Whether it's to request a guest speaker at your club's function, a charitable donation to your fundraising effort or an appearance by Kansas Speedway's mascot Victor E. Lane or our pace car at your next party, we look forward to hearing from you.

Guest Speaker, Victor E. Lane and Pace Car

Kansas Speedway is pleased to become a part of your upcoming event or program, and we welcome the opportunity to talk to your group about motorsports, Kansas Speedway and all the events that we host.

Our mascot Victor E. Lane and Official Ford Mustang Pace Car also make appearances!

The following guidelines should help you request a Kansas Speedway representative, mascot, or the track's Official Pace Car to participate at your event.

1. All requests must be submitted in writing at least four weeks in advance of your event. Telephone calls, faxes or e-mails will not be accepted. Please mail written requests to:

2. Written requests should be submitted on organization's official letterhead and should include:

Organization's name, address and telephone number
Type of event or program
Contact person's name, address and telephone number
Day, date, time and length of event
Specific person requested to speak
Event location
Directions to event

3. All requests will receive a letter of approval or denial one to two weeks prior to your event. As a result of dozens of requests we receive each week, the fulfillment process can be lengthy. Please be patient with us as we sort out all the requests.

Needs vary greatly depending on venue, size of group, event set-up, etc. Specific needs will be discussed on an individual basis.

Kansas Speedway's Official Pace Car and mascot each require a donation of $250 per day payable to Kansas Speedway. A portion of the money we receive will be used to support Victory Junction Gang Camp and other Kansas Speedway-recognized charities.

Kansas Speedway staff members cannot accept a fee for their participation in your event. However, if it is customary for your organization to compensate speakers, you may make a donation on their behalf to a charity of your choice.
