Ticket Sellers for race weekends

The ticket seller position would entail working in the ticket booths or outside selling or exchanging tickets and admissions to customers. Shifts run between 8-12 hour shifts, including some overnight hours. Retail experience is helpful and preferred. Staff must manually balance sales at the end of each shift. Needs to feel comfortable interacting with people, speaking clearly and your voice must be loud enough to be heard over the track noise. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Marketing and Public Relations Intern

Fall Semester, for credit / not paid

Internship assisting Marketing and Public Relations team, primarily focusing on public relations. Also will include assisting the entire department in preparation for race weekend. Will also assist with marketing efforts, promotional events, and tasks leading up to, and after, race weekend by working with the entire department. Monday and Wednesday availability preferred. Marketing and Public Relations Event Staff

September 25 - 28 Race Weekend

Part-time, seasonal position

Event staff needed to work part-time with the Marketing and Public Relations department in our Credentials Office on race weekend. Work with media, sponsors, workers, guests, and each series. The work schedule is flexible leading up to race weekend and after, but you must be available the Thursday through Sunday of race weekend. This is a great part-time, seasonal opportunity, especially if you're looking to gain experience and make contacts for future jobs. Strong skills in customer service required.
