Kansas Speedway contributes to Victory Junction Gang Camp
Kansas Speedway contributed over $50,000 to Victory Junction Gang Camp during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race weekend this past September. A second Victory Junction Gang Camp will open in Wyandotte County, Kansas City, Kan., in 2010. Victory Junction Gang Camp is a racing-themed camp in North Carolina founded by Kyle and Pattie Petty. The camp gives chronically ill children the opportunity to enjoy the camp experience in a medically sound environment. Kansas Speedway’s donation dollars came from various contributions and fundraising initiatives, including a new fan hospitality opportunity, the Victory Club. Fans at Kansas Speedway have the opportunity to help Victory Junction Gang Camp by adding a Victory Club pass to their ticket package. The Victory Club offers extra benefits and amenities to ticketholders including: - Admission to the exclusive hospitality on both Saturday and Sunday
- Guided pit and garage tours
- Driver appearances
- Gifts and autographed prizes
- Free use of Sprint FanView
- All you can eat breakfast and lunch buffet
- HDTV broadcast of race
Most importantly, a Victory Club purchase helps improve the quality of life for children at the Victory Junction Gang Camp. Victory Club passes for 2009 are available now.
