When can I purchase vendor spaces?
Vendor spaces go on sale January 26, 2015.
Am I limited to how many spaces I buy?
No, you may buy as many as you need but make sure you tell our representatives you need them side-by-side or back-to-back.
What sizes of vendor spaces are available?
Covered garage spaces are 14' x 16' with power, non-covered outdoor spaces are 15' x 36' with power and 15' x 15' without power.
How large is the swap meet?
The swap meet will consume the entire infield at Kansas Speedway with over 1200 vendor spaces available. We will not be the biggest, but one of the best in the Midwest.
When can I setup my vendor space?
Setup will begin to pre-registered vendors from 8am to 8pm, Thurdsay, June 4.
Can I bring a canopy or large tent for my vendor space?
Yes, however, all vendor spaces are on asphalt or concrete, so driving stakes or spikes will not be permitted.
Can I sell food and drink from my vendor space(s)?
No, concessions will be provided by Kansas Speedway approved vendors.
Will the swap meet have concessions available?
Yes, located in Sprint FanWalk at the center of the infield. Drink vendors will also be setup throughout the event area.
Can I sell anything in my vendor space(s)?
To ensure a quality swap meet, 80% of the items to be sold must pertain or relate to the transporation industry, antique advertising and coin operated items.
Will the swap meet area have a security presence?
Yes, Kansas Speedway will have security throughout the event and during the evenings. However, it is your responsibility to secure your area. Kansas Speedway is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
What about firearms and fireworks?
Firearms, ammunition and fireworks are NOT permitted on Kansas Speedway property.
What is the vendor pass used for?
The vendor pass is used for vehicles to enter the infield. The pass notifies Speedway staff that you are pre-registered. Make sure the vendor pass is displayed in your lower left windshield. The vendor pass will be color-coded and have North and South labels. Please park in your designated area.
How many vendor passes do I get with my vendor spaces?
One vendor pass is issued per account. Extra passes can be purchased for $25.
What if I don't pre-register and show up the day of the swap meet to purchase a vendor space?
With spaces limited (1200), we can not guarantee that spaces will be available. We encourage pre-registering to ensure you get a space.
If I pre-register before April 1, will I get information in the mail after I pay for my spaces?
No, approximately two weeks prior to the swap meet we will send out the latest swap meet information along with your space numbers and vendor pass(es).
Can I bring our family pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed
Where can I park my trailer after I unload it?
Trailers will not be permitted to park in the infield. An area outside of the tunnel will be designated for trailer parking.
What is the cost to get into the swap meet?
Admission fee is $5 per car
What time is the swap meet open to the public?
Swap meet times are 7am to 7pm, Friday June 5 and 7am to 5pm, Saturday June 6.
What if it rains during the swap meet?
This event is rain or shine. All of the vendor spaces are on asphalt or concrete. Parking is on asphalt and grass.
Is camping available during the swap meet?
Yes, but limited. We have designated 33 spots located on the infield in the 15' x 36' vendor spaces. Campers must be self contained and no longer than 40'. Electricity and water are available. If we sell out of the camping spots, Cottonwood Campground is only a few miles away and have full hookup capability. 913.422.8038. YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR SALES TEAM THAT YOU INTEND TO SPEND THE NIGHT.
I have a car for sale; can I bring it to the swap meet?
Yes, if it's a running and operational vehicle we have car corral spaces for sale for $45. Pre-registering is not required for these spaces and is on a first-come, first served basis. Car corral spaces may be purchased on Thursday, June 4 at the credential building located outside of the infield tunnel. Car corral vehicles must have paperwork on the vehicle dash before entering the infield.
I like my current vendor space; can I get the same spot next year?
Yes, you will get the opportunity to purchase your same spot if renewed in the required time line. Info will be sent out to all vendors.
Are tables available for rent?
Yes, while supplies last for $6. Tables are located at the Sunoco stations on either side of Sprint FanWalk.
Do you provide assistance for parts loading?
Yes, our operations team will be located on either side of Sprint FanWalk in the Sunoco stations. Speak to any of our Kansas Speedway staff for assistance.
Do you have ADA parking on the infield?
Yes, Kansas Speedway will have ADA parking centrally located on Leaderboard Road.
Do you have ADA carts available for rent?
Not at this time.
Where is your lost and found?
Lost and found is located in the Sunoco garage.
Will you have first aid and medical assistance on site?
Yes, there will be EMT's throughout the event on medical carts.
How tall are the ceilings in the garages?
The garages have metal roof trusses that have the lights and power receptacles mounted on them. The clearance between the floor and roof trusses is 8'3''.
What are the garage door measurements?
13'6'' wide x 8' tall.
