About Us

PAST:  We have been racing at Kansas Speedway since 2001.  To read more on the history of the track Click Here.

PRESENT:  Kansas Speedway currently has 2 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races per year, including the 4th race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup (October 9).  In addition, the NASCAR Nationwide Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards also compete here.

FUTURE:  Between our two race weekends in 2012, Kansas Speedway will be repaved and an infield road course will be added.  To read more about this project, Click Here.

Displays

DISPLAYS:  Merchandise haulers and displays from teams, drivers, and companies.

SPEED STAGE:  SPEED TV throws the largest pre-race party each week and airs it on LIVE tv.

SPRINT FANWALK:  Available on Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8 add Sprint FanWalk passes to your tickets for just $15 per day, and visit this area in between the garages in Kansas Speedway’s infield. PRE-RACE: Pre-race features a concert, driver-introductions, and a flyover during the National Anthem.

Tailgating

PARKING:  Parking is always FREE at Kansas Speedway.  We have parking to accomodate more than 35,000 vehicles

COOLERS:  You are allowed to bring in one (1) 14"x14"x14" soft-sided cooler filled with your favorite food and beverages.  For more gate guidelines Click Here

MORE TIPS

Sunrise

ARRIVE EARLY:  Parking lots open at 6am, and Gates open at 8am.  There is tons to see and do before even stepping inside the gates.

SCANNER:  Listen to drivers and crews communicate during the race.  You can rent a scanner in the display area.

EARPLUGS:  With 43 stock cars racing on the track it is going to be loud so bring earplugs.  For other items you may want to bring along Click Here.
