TIME, NETWORK CHANGE FOR KANSAS LOTTERY 300 ON OCTOBER 15

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (June 8, 2016) – Kansas Speedway, in collaboration with NASCAR and NBC Sports Group, announced today a new time and network for the Kansas Lottery 300 on Oct. 15.

The race, which is the first race in the Round of 8 for the NASCAR XFINITY Series Chase for the Championship, will air at 2 PM CT on NBC and Motor Racing Network (MRN).

“This is an exciting announcement for fans,” said Kansas Speedway President Patrick Warren. “For fans that are traveling to the Kansas Lottery 300, this will help their travel plans back home and for our local race fans, they will have some extra time to enjoy the dining and entertainment options around Kansas Speedway, including the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway.”

Tickets are currently on sale by calling 866.460.7223 or logging on to www.kansasspeedway.com for the Hollywood Casino 400, the fifth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup on Oct. 16, the Kansas Lottery 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race on Oct. 15, and the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards season finale on Oct. 14.

Parking is always free at Kansas Speedway and fans can bring in one 14x14x14-inch soft-sided cooler with their favorite food and beverages.
